“Waiting For the Time” is an ethereal abstract seascape oil painting 60cm x 60cm (24 x 24 inches) on 4cm (1.5 inch) deep canvas.
Inspired by looking at the sea from the East Hill on a Winter’s day when the sun’s light on the horizon was shining in bright stripes on the sea.
The title is from “Dark The Night" by Sandy Denny
It's painted in shades of blue, grey, green, yellow and white and the light on the sea is painted in green metallic paint. The surface of the painting has a satin sheen.
The painting continues around the sides of the canvas and it is signed on the back. It is ready to hang and comes with a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity.
