In 2022, [street] photographer Robbert Frank Hagens made a series that gives a glimpse into the daily life of Americans in the interior of Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina and Maryland. The focus of the shots is on making the voids visible in the composition, combined with the experience of life.

Practically born with a camera in his hand (1963-), [street] photographer Robbert Frank Hagens explores the world through a creative lens. In his youth (70s) he worked a lot for magazines and news agencies. After the photo academy he started a photo studio for commercial photography in 1985 to 2010. As a [street] photographer from 2010, he focuses on the unique in the image, the special in the ordinary.
