More from hospital waiting rooms. My health sucks. So I end up spending too much time in hospital waiting areas, clinic waiting rooms etc. All that wasted time. Well no, I look around and see all these poses around me, the other people also waiting… Suddenly I’m in a room full of potential, and I’ve much sketching to do. This is from a hospital visit on my birthday, waiting for results ... which turned out to be good.
These sketches are my exercise, my foundation to keep that side of the brain awake for when I enter my studio to work on my other bigger projects. Now there’s no more wasted time… Working fast and furious, my signature on my sketches is often just G, I try to remember to put the date.
