The summer evening sky of South Western Australia...
Waikiki is a suburb of Perth and where I spend time visiting relatives and escaping London's winter. The clean air, rich colour and light also make it a perfect place to draw and paint.
I paint directly onto a sheet of plexiglass with oil based inks, using brushes, cloths and rollers before pulling the plate through the etching press.
This will be carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue, flat-packed between board and shipped signed and tracked within 2 days.
