Original artwork description:

This is the second painting I did experimenting with incorporating gold and silver.

Apart from the subject itself, I loved the reflection in the water and the intense light. Other details like the impression of wet skin and greenery in the water are more subtle details that add to the appeal of this simple black and white painting.

I used real silver leaf for the tusks of both, the youngster and the female adult.
