Original artwork description:

The KWPN horse Vivaldi is a famous champion winner, used for the dressage sport -mainly- in Europe. He has a chestnut coloured coat with white spots on his head. And, a real icon always deserves a painting!

This artwork is created with watercolor with high quality brands like Daniel Smith and Winsor and Newton. This means the artwork keeps its bright colours and is very lightfast. I choose watercolor because most of these type of paintings are created with oil or acrylics and I wanted to do someting different, because watercolor can be just that beautiful!

I also choose for a realistic and figurative, bold art style because I want to capture all those characteric features: characteristics that makes 'the individual', a breed or a specie just that kind of special. I'm also very attracted to this natural style, which makes it always a pleasant challenge to make it as beautiful or bold as possible.

The artwork can be send with a frame, but the fragile glass makes the shipment risky - it can break during this journey.

The original will be send without frame, or, if you want, framed. If you prefer a frame, please, feel free to contact me! :)
