Original artwork description:

The image explored various ways in producing an image through non-traditional ways of creating an imaginary figure. I was exploring the gaze and the intense stare of a person looking at the viewer.

The colours correspond to an expressionist sensibility and use strong colours in a simplified application - although there is nothing simplified in their handling and placement to form the image.

Materials used:

Oil Paint on Canvas
