This is an oil painting of a vase with vintage roses in the style of Fantin-Latour and Frans Mertelmans, two of my favorite floral painters of all times.

Roses are a timeless subject. Besides their immediate beauty they have such qualities that can transport one, just like a piece of music or art, allowing us to get closer to our inner world.

While I have made every effort to ensure the photographs represent the true colors in the paintings I cannot guarantee an exact match. The colors will also display differently depending on the type of screen you are viewing them on.

Paintings are very carefully packed in a cardboard box with layers of bubble wrap to protect them to ensure the painting will reach you safely.
