Original artwork description:

This is a view of a favourite walk in the Lake District in the Borrowdale area. There is a fantastic path up to Castle Crag. The path is stony and as you ascend, Derwent water comes in to view.
The views from the top are spectacular - this is the view towards the top before you turn left and scramble up the slate mound. You sometimes see bikers on a death wish heading downhill!
The painting is framed in a grey wooden frame.
