Original artwork description:
I love walking and seeing where footpaths lead me. I was out near Penistone in Yorkshire and discovered some beautiful views. I didn't have any art materials with me so once back in my studio, I referred to a photo I'd taken and immersed myself in my memory of a a windy walk, high up on the Pennines.
I have used watercolour, pencil and soft pastel on smooth, 300gms watercolour paper.
The painting measures 14.5cm x 38cm approx. It is presented in a white mount that I have cut myself. The mount measures 25cm 50.5cm approx.
This painting isn't framed but looks good as it is, displayed on a shelf or mantlepiece. The mount size should fit an off the shelf frame.
I pack using tissue, lots of bubble wrap and card to ensure a rigid package. I post by Royal Mail tracked and signed service.
