I had a wonderful trip to the village of Gardone on the shores of Lake Garda. Unfortunately, the weather was unpredictable and so I was afraid to venture too far and set up my easel in case another thunderstorm came! So, instead, I painted three views from the balcony – and this is one of them. And when you look at this, perhaps you can almost hear the carillon bells of the old church tower...
