Original artwork description:

The 13th painting of the Roman showcases series presents, at first glance, strong chromatic contrasts between the various elements represented. On a large turquoise-colored square panel there are two windows, one white and the other carmine red, with a complex design rich in niches and geometric elements both curvilinear and polyhedral. On the right a large mirror with a striking golden frame. The mannequin seated on the left wears a dark colored suit while the one standing on the right wears a suit of various colors.
The showcase is illuminated by hanging spotlights with black and white checkerboard motifs. In the background on the sides of the panel you can see the rooms behind the shop.
The predominant element of this painting, whose subject is inspired by a high fashion brand, is the strong contrast of the various colors. Contrast in some ways very daring, but at the same time triggering a hypnotic perception of compositional charm.
This work is published and reviewed by Prof. Vittorio Sgarbi in the catalog "ARTISTI '23" Mondadori Store edition.
This painting was exhibited in the period July-September 2023 at the Area-Contesa-Arte Gallery in via Margutta in Rome on the occasion of the "Estatarte" exhibition, winning the First Prize.
