Large, original, oil over acrylic figurative painting of Venice Carnival.
My friend Gvido Marzzano, owner of Marzzano restaurant asked me to do something with Italy as a theme. This is what I got from first try.
Heavy impasto builds by brushes and pallet-knifes.
The master-quality material has been used. Using oil over acrylic technique allows for achieving the brightness of colors and richness of texture.
Edges of the painting are covered with archival white linen tape for a clean contemporary look. No need for framing. It is ready to hang. Signed on the back.
A Certificate of Authenticity is included.
