At night-time the light in Venice takes on a special quality and the experience of walking round the canals and seeing the reflections is quite different to what you see in daylight. This small painting tries to capture that feeling. It was painted in my studio after a trip to Venice.
The painting is acrylic paint brushed onto canvas which is stretched over a wooden frame. It does not need another frame and is ready to hang.
