This painting is inspired by how our civilization has taken over the nature of the earth.
As far as it can be fraught with consequences.
And this picture is also about how small and fragile the beloved Venice is.
When an accidentally swimming killer whale occupies the entire channel from one edge to the other.
Next to this giant, the Venetian houses look like miniatures.
From the history of Venice, such cases have happened more than once.
And they did not always end happily for killer whales and people sailing in gondolas.
