Highly textured abstract painting with Goldleaf will make an impact in any modern home or office.

I painted this highly textured abstract painting using thick layers of mixed-media, acrylic paint and Gold Leaf. Painting has finished edges, installed hanging wire on the back and is ready to hang. It is a part of Carpe Diem series. "Carpe Diem" or "Seize the day" is a known phrase which means that we should do the things we want right away instead of waiting for a later time. We are not eternal and we should live our lives to our taste, as we want it, try the things we want to try. Be where we want to be, with people we love. We never know what the future brings us. This series of abstract paintings was started in 2020 during Coronavirus world pandemic.
