As artists we are fascinated by light and I am no different. I am deeply inspired by the play of light on different objects and the shapes that are created in the process. After painting these nectarines yesterday under artificial light, I wanted t capture them today under natural light. Fortunately, there was ample light in my studio this afternoon and I painted the same setup from life.

The two paintings would look great hung together, check out the collage that I have shown.

The colours in the image are as accurate as possible, but rest assured they are way better in real. The original painting is flat and ships unframed, safely packaged in a cardboard box. Write to me if you have any questions!
