Varenna on Lake Como is a really lovely place and one of my favourite locations for painting watercolours.
I have painted this scene and delivered it to folk a few times as they too obviously love this view of Varenna on Lake Como too.
Taken originally as photos from a motor boat and also from long range photos from Belaggio this original watercolour is 14 inches by 10 and is painted on Arches 300 gsm paper.
It will be supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity in a reinforced postal tube.
It is unframed and unmounted. Shipping to the UK is free and to other parts of the world I nowadays always use Couriers.
It csn be dispatched after February 2nd 2024 due to currently being in an exhibition but it is still for sale.
