New technique!!!
I have tried to get away from my usual vibrant colors and motifs and tried my hand at monochromatic colors and muted hues. Using scrap paper I have created a background for the linocut prints. The cats were drawn and cut out on a linoleum block and I have used acrylic colors to print out the "Vanishing cats". The biggest challenge was cut out the cat image on the block.... never did it before and though it would be a good idea to start with a smallish image ..... not!! getting the details was tough and time consuming but it turned out to be not so bad after all :-)

(p.s: the black border around the pic is to show how it would look after framing...doesn't come with frame)
