Original artwork description:

This artwork is part of a group of paintings where I wanted to explore creating an abstract background first and then painting a portrait on top of it. I've also added coloured pencil details to their afro hair. I liked how the abstract elements still show through the portraits in some places and would like to keep exploring this technique.

This piece measures approx. 5" x 7" and will be delivered securely in a reinfored board backed envelope marked with 'please do not bend'
