Idea
"Everything is relative", everyone knows this wisdom. No matter how strong you may be, there is always something stronger. "If you are not big enough, all attempts are in vain" - many would say, but often it is not a question of strength, but a question of unattainability.

Statement of the work
As so often, I play with the viewer's ambiguity in my works, so that no clear statement can emerge, not least because the world around us is by no means clear and it all depends on the interpretation of each individual person.
Some viewers would clearly see the dominance of women over men in this work, since she, the woman, is shown much larger, even if only her beautiful feet wrapped in high heels are visible. Other viewers could see an erotic female inaccessibility for men, no matter how strong and powerful they may be.

Painting technique
As in all my works, I attach great importance to the most realistic representation possible in order to make the message of the picture and the situation depicted seem as real as possible. This fact makes it possible for the viewer to put themselves in the picture and dream.
