VELIERO is a metal sculpture with a strong visual impact, made of overlapping sheets of bronzed brass.

The title itself, VELIERO, suggests a nautical metaphor: the lines and volumes refer to the stylised image of a boat, with the sail inflated by the wind and the supporting structure providing stability.
The use of visible screws is not just an aesthetic detail, but becomes an integral part of the visual narrative, evoking the world of shipbuilding and mechanical construction.
