Original artwork description:

This is one of the paintings from my premium series of paintings. The premium series paintings are created during the period of one year and consist of ten layers, each administered only after the preceding layer has dried completely. I use all my academic skills and expertise in the academic painting, based on Old Flemish school of the 18th-19th centuries.

The painting is created on a non-standard canvas which has undergone deep, three-layered priming.

I believe the painting may be of interest to those art lovers and amateurs who love to frequent in museums and art exhibitions where they appreciate and closely examine the painting style and techniques of old masters.
