A little drypoint etching of a bear. I have been in a sky dream lately, fascinated with what is going on with our celestial cousins. I have made a little print inspired by Ursa Minor which is Latin for Little Bear. Also known as the Little Dipper. Ursa Minor contains the North Star, or Pole Star which is located just above Earth’s North Pole. This constellation is located in the far northern sky. Small intaglio print on paper. 10 x 10cm on A4 Daler Rowney paper.
Cranfield printing ink on Daler Rowney paper.
