Original artwork description:

The first inspiration was from the view of beheaded trees in the area where I live. Protruded branches looked grotesque and sad. I photographed the trees and created a series of drawings and paintings.
The first drawing was objective, the following ones were less or more abstracted composed together with imaginative elements.
Drawings are created in ink and some of them with colored pencils.
Paintings are created in gouache technique on guality watercolour paper.
Gouache technique is one of my favourite because the colours from different layers slightly mix together which results in rich and interesting colour shades.
