McCullock's aluminium resin paintings are constructed in layers. Initially in a gestural manner, then becoming more complex with each layer. By adding colour and cells she obscures the metal base. The final layer is purely creating the unique texture- the defining indicator of Rachel's work.

Presenting the latest painting in the "Urban Collection":- Shades of green and gold foil have been deployed to create a wow factor.

Many layers of resin have been applied to the textured heart and surrounding background. Graffiti like detail and metal foil have been applied between the layers thus producing a 3 -dimensional effect. The surface of the painting is mirror finish gloss resin.

The aluminium panel has been firmly secured to a box canvas whose sides have been painted black, thus alleviating the need to frame. This painting is supplied with hardware , ready to pop onto your wall.
