Original artwork description:

This painting is inspired by the go-getter - or in my case, the wanna-be-go-getter! - the idea that if you are up early and inspired then you'll burst out of the box you've put yourself in.

The greens and yellows are inspired by the lush landscape around my home - the colors I see when I'm up early and watching the birds in the morning.

I've included the frame as part of the surface of the painting. I've made it one piece - as the art itself is meant to extend beyond the expected surface.

Hopefully having this painting will remind you to always push yourself beyond the expected.
