This acrylic artwork has been produced to give rise to surface effects using different techniques to open up the surface and reveal, through cracking, the layers underneath. Red over black gives a striking appearance, with hints of gold in addition.
This is one of a series of similar pieces that have been produced.
The artwork is on a stretched canvas and is ready to hang.
Finished with black edges and varnish for protection.
