This acrylic artwork has been produced to give rise to surface effects using different techniques to open up the surface and reveal, through cracking, the layers underneath. Red over black gives a striking appearance.
This is one of a series of three very similar pieces that have been produced.
The artwork is on a stretched canvas and is ready to hang.
Finished with black edges and varnish for protection.

Acrylic paint, stretched canvas, glue and paste.
