:not yielding in strength, severity, or determination. This piece is inspired by the human spirit and it unwilling nature to give in , even under that of that of the hardest situations. This attitude and drive is mostly observed by the silent, by those who lack a voice, by those who struggle for the good of others. This silent voice can be seen as the single mother. The mother who will do anything to take care of her children and make sure that they have every opportunity in life, even when she is shattered inside.

To depict this powerful woman, I have chosen to use shattered glass to represent the struggles which she goes through, but still decides to turn her back to for the good of her kids.
