The beautiful bloom of a peony reminds us how precious life is. This flowers life span is so short, but, it lives its time gloriously, radiating vibrantly in full colour with every move.

Pink is one of my favourite colours and is used in all my paintings. I just can't help myself, and I have tried. This painting allowed me to use the colour with so many hues and variations to its full strength. And this in itself gave me so much joy!!
