Squares, lozenges and free shapes alternate on the surface of the canvas, painted with acrylic and the fluid painting technique. The splashes of color that break the uniformity of the color, and the mottled edges that delimit the various shapes are sometimes combined with pieces of textile collage.
The series is inspired by a paper game we built when we were children, called "origami fortune teller": folding and coloring a sheet of paper, and then opening the boxes and reading the sentences written inside them, we looked for answers to our little questions. Even as adults we continue to unfold the facades of our lives in search of what we really are, what we will become, what we should do, in a game that has now been enriched with experiences and memories.
