Original artwork description:

This painting is an exploration of movement, color, and the interconnectedness of forms, inspired by the rhythms of nature and the play of light on water. The composition is built from overlapping, curved shapes that weave together to create a vibrant mosaic, where each fragment feels alive with its own energy.

I used a pointillist technique in areas to add texture and dimension, layering dots of color to create depth and a sense of pulsating life. The palette—a rich combination of blues, pinks, yellows, and greens—was chosen to evoke both the vibrancy of the natural world and the joy of abstraction. At the same time, darker tones and bold outlines ground the piece, giving it structure and rhythm.

The eyes embedded within the composition act as focal points, inviting viewers to pause and reflect on the relationships between the shapes and colors. These eyes hint at the presence of unseen observers or life within the abstract, blending representation and abstraction.

This work is ultimately about perspective and perception—how we piece together fragments of the world around us into something meaningful. It’s both playful and meditative, encouraging viewers to get lost in its layers and patterns while finding their own connections within its vibrant energy.
