“Undercurrents” explores the invisible, but detectable energies, both positive and negative, that constantly flow between two people in a relationship. I have named a series of deeply contemplative, visceral body of work after this painting, an embodiment of a very complex set of sentiments.
The work represents two sides of the same situation, when a person is meditating, in between decisions, ridden with different thoughts.
