All of the sudden, you find yourself in a moment of clarity, space, and awareness. I know this has happened to you! Being right here now feels simple, light, almost primal. It is this immediacy of being that makes me a process painter and draws me to wild places.

"Under the Sun" is a playful, abstract oil-on-canvas painting. Bright blocks and curved planes of sunshiny color and more muted, calming tones are balanced by large swathes of layered white space. Inspired by the flicker of sunlight, it's an uplifting abstract for a contemporary space.

Full size is 37H x 47W inches, leaving ample canvas to stretch on deep stretcher bars to its 42H x 32W x 1.5D image as shown. It's signed on back and ships in a tube. This is especially safe for oversized works. Rolled canvas can be easily stretched (placed onto wooden stretcher bars) by a local framer.
