Original artwork description:

Rachel's aluminium acrylic paintings are constructed in layers. Initially in a gestural manner, then becoming more complex with each layer. By adding colour and cells she partly obscures the metal base. The final layer is purely creating the high gloss finish.

The rich deep blues and turquoise of this piece are mood enhancing and have the feel good factor.
Due to the reflective nature of the piece it is difficult to photograph. The side view offers a more accurate colour representation.

This artwork is signed on the reverse, and is presented unframed. A plain unglazed box frame is recommended bwork enabling the artwork to be hung unframed.
