This typical “Niceoise” scene, like so many painted over the years, captures the essence of the Life in the in the tiny, winding streets of Old Nice.

I was first introduced to Nice over thirty years ago, when I came to settle in Paris. During the years it became the Summer playground for my kids and me; and it’s never ceased to captivate me with its ancient charm, vivacity, and bright colors.

This canvas is painted around the edges, so it can be hung, unframed…
