Artwork description:

Ultra Violet Purgatorio, Dantes journey in minimalist steps.

Edition of only 5 exclusive signed prints featuring Pantone Ultra Violet 18-3838, the colour of 2018 as the key colour way.

Style: Graphic. Minimalist. Line. Flat colour. Pantone Ultra Violet.

Purgatory in Dantes poem is depicted as a mountain in the southern hemisphere, consisting of a bottom section (Ante-Purgatory), seven levels of suffering and spiritual growth (associated with the seven deadly sins), and finally the Earthly Paradise at the top.

All my artwork is drawn directly into the computer (no scans or photographs) using vector curves. The finished artwork is printed out as a high quality limited edition Giclée print.

This is an original digital artwork. The above image is taken directly from the image file, rather than being photographed or reproduction of the final print.

Printed colours can vary slightly from those produced by a computer screen.

Your print will wrapped in layers of acid free tissue then rolled into a strong cardboard tube for posting along with a letter from the artist.

By default the print is cut with a 1.5 cm white border. If you wish your print to be cut to the edge of the image let me know.

Materials used:

vector software on a laptop, output on high quality 250gsm smooth matt paper
