Original artwork description:

I found these sticks while walking our dogs in the nearby woodland. I was struck by the remarkable colours on them and brought them home to paint. Firstly I did a detailed drawing of them using Inktense crayons and then I painted them in oils. The background is the palest of pinks to set off the many colours in the two sticks and their nobly shapes.
Painted in artists quality paint on canvas.
Painted on all sides and ready to hang with Drings and cord
