Original artwork description:
I painted these silver birch trees after a visit to Batemans (the home of Rudyard Kipling) in East Sussex in the earlier part of 2018. It was a very cold day and the bright white of the silver birch trees caught my eye in the sunshine. The background is painted with a gently graduated blue which was built up with many careful layers.
Painted with artists quality oil paint on canvas. Ready to hang with Drings and cord - painted on all four sides.
