Hi,
This is a minimalist work exploring subtle variations in colour and tone. Most of the canvas is painted in broad scumbly strokes but the real action is happening in the central band of lights. I've used a purple base for the picture and complemetary colours for the rear and onerhead lights.
I'm very happy with the result and it's a direction I'll be exploring more and more in the coming months. However, these kind of works that use small variations and subtle use of coulour are very hard to photograph! I'll be adding more shots in the next fe days,
