Original artwork description:

A mixed media painting entitled 'Tweet Tweet' / Wall Art by Suzie Cumming

Size: 20" x 20" (approximately 51cms x 51cms)
Thickness of wood panel: 3/4" or approximately 2cms

This piece has a rich history of layers. It was started in the Spring and began as a colourful mix of collage to which one large bird was added. Layers were added and eventually the bird became a garden of flowers and after living with the painting for a while I decided that the garden was lacking something. A new bird was painted and soon another joined this little birdie and the picture suddenly came to life. I can hear the chirping conversation between the two birds and feel the warmth of the Summer days as I look at this. This would be the perfect picture to bring warmth to any room.

The sides of the panel have been painted with a deep blue acrylic paint to matching in with the painting.

It is signed on the back and ready to hang.

The wooden panel has a protective barrier applied to it to help protect it from UV rays and humidity.

nb: All my paintings are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please bear in mind that I have no control over the variation in computer monitor hues. Please also note that any room set images are not to scale and are to be used as a guide only. Referring to the actual measurements noted in the description is the best way to check that the painting you are interested in fulfils your size requirements.

Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Thank you for looking.
