Pure water is said to possess eight qualities: it is clear, cool, healing, soothing, odourless, delicious, light and soft. In traditional Asian style painting, rivers, streams, waterfalls, and lakes invariably occur within a landscape composition. The linear shading is always from dark blue into light with white highlights.
The 2 paintings each measure 30cm x 15cm unframed. But it is sold mounted, framed and ready to hang.
The white solid wood frame is custom made and has non reflective, museum quality art glass.
