Original artwork description:

This must have been a beautiful place to live at one time - right on the edge of the lochan. In this painting the sky has turned to pale shades of pink, lilac and yellow as the sun has gone down. The wee house with its tin roof is now very dilapidated but still makes a lovely focal point in this scene. The evening sky is reflected on the still water. There are also three little red roofed cottages in the distance. The painting oozes tranquility and would make a delightful conversation point in any home.

Materials used:

stretched canvas and acrylic paint
