Old Masters seven layers oil painting technique. Work on this painting took several months.
This artwork was made from the photo that I made walking in beautiful Earlshall castle gardens. The technique used, which is inspired by the teachings of the Old Masters, creates an image which is luminous, rich and three-dimensional. I combined a modern image and old knowledge. Thus I tried to create a painting full of light and flowers shining under the sun.
