Painted on-site at Boerner Botanical Gardens in Hales Corners, WI. Features a group of tulip flowers in warm shades of red, golden yellow, orange red, and magenta. The tulips are accented by a background of green. Dripping effects in the background were created with water-based casein paint and glazed over with oil. Painted on board with both palette knife and brush. The shape of the flower petals is enhanced by the thickly applied paint.
Framed in a 2.75" wide wood frame with a gold finish and ridged outer edge. May also be purchased unframed.
