Original artwork description:

A bold, focused landscape painting featuring the effect of strong sunlight across the hillside. Most landscape paintings contain the sky but I felt that only having the suggestion of hills behind the hamlet emphasised the enclosed feeling of being hidden away in the valley, as did having the longer axis as the vertical. I liked the way the light comes across from the left creating neat shadows to this scene from the English North York Moors.
I pride myself in giving a good service to purchasers as I want them to enjoy the picture and to be assured that it will arrive in top condition. All paintings are wrapped and boxed in heavy duty, double walled corrugated board.
