TRUMPET MAN AND THE MOON is an india ink drawing on architectural mylar. The moon is preprinted and laminated on the mylar and the ink work is overpainted. This is a one of a kind original work. The painting is signed on the front and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
I work exclusively with India ink and acrylic paint on 4 mil archival grade mylar. the acrylic for the background work and the India ink for details.
All of my artwork has a clear protective coating applied so that it is not necessary nor desirable to put it behind glass.

This painting will be shipped in a tube. The painting is very easy to mount on any type of sturdy surface (masonite, plywood, foamboard, etc.). I include simple mounting instructions with each piece that I sell. If you prefer, I will mount the artwork on one inch foam board with a two or three inch border surrounding the painting. It will be “ready to hang”, with a hanging strip attached to the back and a wall hanging device that is very simple to use. It will be shipped in a cardboard box. You may take it out of the box and have it hanging on your wall within five minutes. The extra charge is $50.00 for mounting plus the additional shipping costs.
