I wanted the painting to evoke the feel of a warm, sultry evening where sounds and smells make up for what one cannot see. The painting invites further exploration as we move into the 'garden'. Technically I used linen for the support instead of cotton canvas. The linen has a much finer tooth, giving the surface a more sensuous look. The art is signed on the back and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
