I’ve always been interested in placing photographs along side one another and seeing if that proximity can create a new and different dynamic than that created by just the individual image. In graduate school I worked with the formats of diptychs and triptychs but then veered away from that as post graduate life began. Recently I have returned to this interest and have begun selecting individual images from some of my work and have been juxtaposing them to create this new series of triptychs. These images, thanks to the tools of PhotoShop, are constructed so that all three of the vertical images are presented on one piece of very high quality digital photo paper.
